Some problems or even damages to parts may be encountered when assembling or disassembling a hydraulic cylinder, finally causing troubles. So, cautions need to be aware of for better operation.
1. During disassembly, avoid any damage to screw thread on the upper end of the piston rod, screw thread of fluid port, surface of piston rod and interior wall of the cylinder barrel. To avoid bending or deforming of such longitudinal parts like piston rod, put it on a wooden underlay for even support;
2. Keep away pollution of parts by dust or impurity throughout operating;
3. After disassembly of hydraulic cylinder, check carefully and make clarification of the parts into continuous use, repairment and replacement;
4. Before disassembly, discharge the fluid circuit, otherwise, when the pipe connected with the cylinder, fluid oil might spout out of the circuit rapidly.
