Gas cylinder tube processing technology

one. Hot rolling process line:

Pipe material preparation in advance - annular furnace - hole breaking - continuous rolling - rapid re-heat treatment furnace - Zhang reduction - cooling bed

two. Ring furnace:

Four. Continuous rolling:

1. Continuous rolls: replace with new rolls during maintenance.

The 4th and 5th frames (4B, 5B) of the original continuous rolling were cold-rolled 1550 pieces, which were originally scheduled not to be replaced after maintenance. However, after installation, a red alarm occurs during the whole pressing process. After everything is normal, check the roll gap on the spot. It can be clearly seen that the roll gap between the fifth frame R3 and R1 and R2 is larger than the roll gap between R1 and R2. Press down the cylinder several times to return to zero for its effect. After the 4 and 5 frames were replaced and replaced with new rolls, the roll gap could not be seen abnormal after the hot-rolled strip was pressed into the work.

From 5B to the special tool, the zero sound card frame is adjusted, and there is no abnormality. The CHOCK value of each roller is increased by 0.05mm.

2. Offline machine:

During maintenance, replace the cylinder liner of the lower roller R1 of the third frame, and adjust it to zero. Disassemble and replace a new set of upgraded de-piping machines (1B, 2C, 3B), and measure the roll gap adjustment.

five. Reheating furnace:

Temperature control 960±10℃. Press the stepper motor beam before production and grind the bypass valve roller.
