Which cleaning method is correct for large skived and burnished pipes
1. The steel pipe must be completely removed from the pipe end before cleaning, and then a hard pipe nozzle is used to launch two ultra-clean projectiles for cleaning. If there are oil or grease contaminants in the pipe, hard pipe shots should be used to remove such contaminants more effectively. If there is corrosion, welding slag, etc. in the pipe, the friction projectile should be used to remove these pollutants first.
2. After assembly as an assembly, it can only be cleaned with ultra-clean projectiles, and must pay attention to the connection between the steel pipe and the joint, and there must be no steps. Hose nozzles can also be used for cleaning steel pipes, but the projectiles must be carried out separately from the two ends to ensure that they are cleaned by the nozzles.
3. After assembling and crimping the joint, an ultra-clean projectile is then fired from either end of the hose assembly to remove the plating debris that may be generated during the crimping process of the joint. It is recommended to install a water removal filter on the compressed air source to ensure that the clean projectile is fired with clean, dry air.
