Our adjustable welding rotator turning rolls are designed specifically for the automated welding of large cylindrical workpieces. Their core advantage lies in their superior anti-drift capability. During welding, cylindrical workpieces are prone to axial movement due to uneven heating or stress, which severely affects welding quality and efficiency. The HGKF-100, through its advanced intelligent sensing system and servo drive technology, can monitor and automatically correct the position of the cylinder in real time, controlling axial movement to within ±1mm, ensuring extremely stable welding processes and consistently high-quality weld seams.
