16Mn Honed Tube Introduction
Honed Tubes are presicion tubes with smooth inside, they also could be skived and burnished pipe. Tubes or pipes inside tolerance could be H10, H9 or H8. Outside tolerance, wall thickness tolerance are produced according to seamless cold drawn tubes for precision application standard GB/T3639-2009,EN10305 or DIN2391 standard. Material SAE1020, 20#, ST45, CK45, ST52, E355 tubes and so on for you to choose.

Honed Tubes characteristics
1. The inside tolerance could up to H8.
2. Honing Inside roughness could reach to Ra 0.4um. Skiving inside could reach to Ra 0.2 um.
3. ID size from 50 to 280mm, OD size from 60 to 370mm, totally has more than 200 sizes.
4. Length could be fixed length of random length.
5. Inside chrome plated is for optional.

Production process
Raw material – annealing for material of 45#, 27SiMn, 25Mn – Acid cleaning – parkerizing & Saponifying – cold drawn – leveling – saw off bad section – stress relieving – leveling –honing or skiving – inspection – oiled plated - packing
Quality control
1. We only buy raw material from famous tube factory, and Checking raw material quality before production.
2. We check the tube ID tolerance, OD tolerance and surface after cold drawn one by one.
3. We inspect the honed tube inside tolerance and surface again one by one after honing or skiving.
