Chromed and honed tube for concrete delivery cylinder is widely used for oncrete delivery cylinder which is inside chrome plated. The chromium-plated layer has a high hardness, and the hardness can vary in a wide range of 400 ~ 1200HV according to the composition and process conditions. Chromium plating layer has good heat resistance, heat under 500 ℃, its gloss, hardness, no obvious changes, temperature higher than 500 ℃ oxidation discoloration, greater than 700 ℃ to reduce hardness. The chromium-plated layer has a low friction coefficient, especially the dry friction coefficient, which is the lowest among all metals. So the chromium plating has good wear resistance.

2. Honing Inside roughness could reach to Ra 0.4um. Skiving inside could reach to Ra 0.2 um.
3. ID size from 50 to 280mm, OD size from 60 to 370mm, totally has more than 200 sizes.
4. Length could be fixed length of random length.
5. Inside chrome plated is for optional.
