1. High processing precision

There is almost no sand embedded and extruded hard layer on the honed surface.
3. Wide processing range
Mainly process various cylindrical holes: through holes, axial and radial discontinuous holes, such as holes with radial holes or grooves, keyway holes, spline holes, blind holes, multi-step holes, etc. . In addition, the special honing head can also process conical holes, elliptical holes, etc., but due to the complex structure of the honing head, it is generally not used. The cylindrical body can be honed with an external honing tool, but the removal allowance is much smaller than that of the inner honing tool. Honing can process any material, and the application of diamond and cubic boron nitride abrasives further expands the application field of honing, and also greatly improves the efficiency of honing processing.
