1. Make preparations before installation
Clean the installation site and ensure that the ground is flat and solid, free of debris and obstacles that may affect the installation operation. Check whether the equipment parts are complete and intact, and check whether the specifications of the rollers, brackets, drive devices and other components match. Prepare the necessary installation tools and auxiliary materials, and read the equipment manual to familiarize yourself with the installation process and precautions to avoid operational errors.
2. Carry out basic fixed installation
Place the roller frame base in the preset position and adjust the base level to ensure the equipment is placed stably to avoid tilting and unstable operation. Use expansion bolts and other fixings to firmly connect the base to the ground to prevent displacement or shaking during operation. Check the tightness of the fixed parts to ensure that the base is tightly attached to the ground to provide a stable foundation for subsequent component installation.
3. Complete the assembly of core components
Install the roller assembly and support frame according to the assembly sequence, ensuring that the roller shaft is firmly installed and rotates flexibly without any jamming. Connect the drive motor and transmission mechanism, check the installation accuracy of the coupling or transmission belt to ensure smooth power transmission. Install the sensor and control system components, ensuring that the line connection is correct, the interface contact is good, and there is no loose or wrong connection.
4. Carry out parameter debugging and setting
After powering on, start the control system and calibrate the sensor's detection accuracy to ensure accurate sensing of the workpiece's position and speed. Adjust the roller pressure parameters and set a reasonable clamping pressure range based on the equipment's load capacity to avoid pressure anomalies affecting operation. Test the drive system's synchronization performance and adjust the speed of each roller group to maintain consistency through debugging to reduce operational deviations.
5. Conduct trial operation and testing
Place a test workpiece for a trial run, observing whether the rollers rotate smoothly and the workpiece is centered without deviation. Check the noise and vibration during operation to ensure there are no abnormal sounds or severe shaking. Test the automatic centering function by artificially creating a slight deviation and observe whether the system can automatically correct the workpiece position to verify that the equipment meets performance standards. Once confirmed, complete installation and commissioning.
