(1) Clean up the welding position first, and then use damp soil to get the pull marks around.
(2) Using a welding wire with a diameter of 2.5 mm, adjust the flow of the DC welding machine to 120A, and use the parallel wire method to stabilize welding.
(3) After all welding, remove the soil and slag neatly, carry out repairing along the piston rod circle with a rough file, and leave a remaining amount of 0.1-0.2 mm for processing.
(4) Turn a drum with a diameter of 185 mm, an inner diameter of 125 mm, and a length of 150 mm as a copy, sawn off along the center line, one for the rough mold and the other for the fine mold.
(5) Coat the inner cavity of the rough mold with a thin layer of red ink, and then press the rough mold against the position of the piston rod to be repaired and reciprocate several times along the centerline, and then use a fine file to remove the heavy weight on the piston rod. File off the print. Keep repairing the file in this way, and finally leave a remaining amount of 0.04-0.07mm for processing.
(6) Grind the piston rod to the required specifications with a 320-mesh sand strip dipped in gasoline to match the precision mold.
(7) Dip gasoline on the reverse side of sandpaper to carry out hand-made sanding and polishing. After accurate measurement, it is determined that the error is only 0.03mm.
