1. 2. Take a welding rod 2.5mm-diametered, put the current at 120A of the welder and weld it straightly and smoothly. Smear up a light layer of red-marking oil onto the interior wall of the rough mold, then press the rough mold closely against place to be repaired and grind for times in the axial direction, and finally file away the thick red-marking oil on the piston rod with a fine file. Do like this repeatedly until achieve a machining allowance of 0.04~0.07mm.
3. After all welding, remove the mud and welding slag clearly, and polish the piston rod radially until achieve a machining allowance of 0.1~0.1mm, and finally, grind precisely to an specified size with collocation effect of 320-mesh article sand dipped in kerosene and a precision mold.
4. Lathe a cylinder of OD-185mm, ID-125mm and L-150 as a block mold (the diameter of the piston rod 125mm), and saw the mold axially into two parts, one as rough mold and the other precise mold.
