In the process of working, the chrome plated telescopic cylinder barrel is mainly used to convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. In operation, it is mainly a hydraulic actuator that performs linear reciprocating motion. The hydraulic cylinder has a simple structure and reliable operation. When it is used to realize the reciprocating motion, the speed reducing device can be eliminated, and there is no transmission gap, and the motion is stable, so it is widely used in various mechanical hydraulic systems. The output force of the hydraulic cylinder is proportional to the effective area of the piston and the pressure difference between the two sides; the hydraulic cylinder is basically composed of a cylinder and a cylinder head, a piston and a piston rod, a sealing device, a buffer device and an exhaust device.

The chrome telescopic cylinder is used to prevent the end cover from moving into the cylinder after use. The structure is suitable for hydraulic cylinders with relatively low speed (ie, the diameter of the piston rod is relatively small). This structure has a stepped shape in the inner diameter of the cylinder barrel and the outer diameter of the pressure ring, and the pressure ring is supported on the cylinder body by the shoulder by controlling the dimensional tolerance of the cylinder and the height direction of the cylinder.


The piston chamber of the hydraulic cylinder is under the action of pressure oil, and the hydraulic oil pressure acts on the cylinder head and is transmitted to the cylinder wall of the cylinder tube through the snap key. Therefore, the card key is subjected to the pressing force and the shearing force, and at the same time, a torque is generated to the card key to cause the card key to be twisted and deformed. The torsional deformation of the card key is related to the structural parameters of the card key (the height of the cross section of the card key), the inner diameter of the card key, and the outer diameter of the card key. Therefore, reasonable design should be considered comprehensively based on many factors on the above two sides.
