The seat type welding positioner table has an overall degree of freedom of flipping. The work can be flipped to the desired weld position for welding. In addition, the workbench has a degree of freedom of rotation. This type of positioner has been serially produced and is mainly used for the welding of some pipes and plates. The side of the table and the slewing mechanism are supported on the inclined shafts on both sides. The table rotates at the welding speed, and the inclined side passes through the sector gear or the hydraulic cylinder, and is inclined at a constant speed in the range of 140°. The machine has good stability and generally does not need to be fixed on the ground foundation, and the moving is convenient. It is applicable to the flipping displacement of workpieces from 1 to 50t. It is the most widely used structural form and is often used in conjunction with telescopic arm welding machines. A seat-type positioner is a device that allows the weld to be in a horizontal or boat-shaped position by turning or tilting the table. The table rotation adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the table is driven to tilt by a sector gear or a hydraulic cylinder. It can be controlled in conjunction with the operator or welder. The control system is available in three configurations: push button digital control, switch digital control and switch relay control. This product is used for the welding of various rotary parts such as shafts, discs and cylinders. It is currently the most widely used structural form.
Seat type positioner can be divided into seat type positioner and small seat type positioner according to different load.
The machine has good stability, generally does not need to be fixed on the foundation, and is easy to move. It is suitable for the flipping displacement of 0.5~50t weldment. It is currently the largest production form with the most complete specifications and the most widely used structure. Often used in conjunction with telescopic arm welding machines or arc welding robots.
3, two-seat welding positioner
The two-seat welding positioner is a displacement machine that combines the function of turning and turning. The turning and turning are driven by two shafts respectively. In addition to being able to rotate around the axis of the workpiece, the table that holds the workpiece can be tilted or flipped around the other axis. It can adjust the welds at various positions on the weldment to Horizontal or "ship" welded position for welding, suitable for frame, box, disc and other non-long workpiece welding.
The workbench is mounted on the "U" frame and rotated at the required welding speed. The "U"-shaped frame is mounted on the bases on both sides, and is rotated at a constant speed or at a required welding speed about a horizontal axis. The machine not only has good overall stability, but if it is properly designed, after the workpiece is placed on the workbench, the center of gravity of the tilting motion will pass or approach the tilting axis, and the tilting drive torque will be greatly reduced. Therefore, the heavy duty shifter adopts this. Kind of structure. Its application range is overturning displacement of heavy-duty large-sized workpieces above 50t, and it is often used in conjunction with large-scale door welding machines or telescopic arm welding machines.
The two-seat welding positioner is suitable for the flipping of large-size weldments above 50t. In welding operations, it is often used in conjunction with large gate welding machines or telescopic arm welding machines.
