1. Prepare before cleaning
First, check the surface condition of the rolled tube to determine the type and distribution of stains. Prepare suitable cleaning tools, such as soft cloths and brushes, to avoid scratching the tube with hard tools. Choose a mild detergent based on the characteristics of the stains to ensure that it will not corrode or damage the tube material. Clean the work area in advance to prevent impurities from secondary contamination of the tube.
2. Targeted treatment of surface stains
For surface dust and dirt, wipe them directly with a dry soft cloth to remove them. If there are oil stains or sticky stains, apply an appropriate amount of detergent to the stain, let it sit for a while, and then gently scrub with a brush. For stubborn stains, repeat the wiping and scrubbing process to avoid excessive force that may damage the surface of the tube. During the cleaning process, pay attention to protecting the interfaces and sealing parts to prevent detergent from penetrating and affecting the sealing performance.
3. Standardize flushing operations
Rinse the cleaned pipe thoroughly with clean water to ensure that any residual detergent and stains are completely rinsed away. The water flow should be steady and gentle during rinsing to avoid high-pressure water flow directly impacting the weak parts of the pipe. For the inside of the pipe, internal impurities can be removed by circulating flushing to ensure that the pipe is unobstructed and free of residue. After rinsing, check the surface for any missed stains.
4. Dry and maintain well
After rinsing, wipe the surface of the pipe with a dry soft cloth. For areas that are difficult to dry, such as joints and gaps, you can use natural drying or low-temperature drying. After ensuring that the pipe is completely dry, apply protective agent on the surface as needed to enhance the pipe's anti-fouling and anti-rust capabilities. During maintenance, avoid contact between the pipe and corrosive substances and sharp objects to prevent surface damage.
5. Regular inspection and maintenance
Establish a regular cleaning and maintenance plan, determining cleaning intervals based on frequency of use and environmental conditions. After each cleaning, inspect the tube for scratches, deformation, or corrosion, and address any issues promptly. Focus on inspecting the integrity of joint seals to ensure they are free of looseness and leaks. Through ongoing maintenance, you can extend the lifespan and performance stability of your rolled tubes.
